For the rifts, could one of the bubbles maybe not pull from direct memories but base it on something that happened to a character?
For example, Zari was caught in a time loop in her own mind during one of the episodes of Legends of Tomorrow: the ship's AI did it to help strengthen her bonds with the rest of the crew in a condensed period of time, but all of it happened within Zari's own mind. Could the rift take the structure of that, in a sense, and use it to create a time loop of their own within the bubble?
