ohoho Can I ask what kind of attention he might draw? I thought about it more at not 1AM o'clock and he'd probably want something more substantial along the lines of starting a really cheap/easy food stand to give locals a way to earn some coin and be fed at the same time. Would the Syndicate disapprove of such a venture?
