There are vents, sure! Mostly for . . . well, ventilation purposes. It is a spaceship, and the crew does need to breathe! There are also some maintenance shafts and the like.

Frisk could certainly poke through some vents and see where they lead, if they want, but be warned -- there is no telling where they may wind up.
