1.) With help from Conner and Hank, Zari will be able to find the source of the electricity. With regards to getting it up to being fully functional, that will be a long and arduous process. She can certainly handle it, but may want to recruit some help (it can be anyone that she can guide through the process, really).
With long hours and a lot of attention, it will take Zari 8 days to get the electricity fully functioning. However, if she can get at least 3 other people to help her, this can be taken down to 5 days.
Once she has the electricity up and running, each of the rooms will have functioning screens outside of them that will help give her access to locked doors. They will take some more hacking/work, as she does not have the code in order to unlock them, but it will be much easier.
2.) By following the access of the electricity/where the wires are going/etc, Zari can put in some investigation and find the door that could very possibly be the Bridge, or at least a room that has most of the electrical use and the most intense set up and need for power. This door, however, does seem to have the most security set up to keep people from entering. It will also take quite a bit of time to get it going - another 3 days, without help from someone who also has similar skills. Would she take the time?
And as a side note, she can find this room without getting the electricity of the entire ship going, but it will be impossible to get into this room without the electricity.
