Yes, that is very possible! If Izuku were able to power up someone who had enhanced hearing, they would be able to pinpoint a section of the ship where the sound seems more clear/closer. Almost as if there is a more direct route downwards.

Izuku and said fellow Circle Member will not be the only ones with this idea, either, as there are a couple of other Circle Members with similar ideas and ways of getting to that same hallway.
