This all sounds like it would fit perfectly with the theme of the event, so yes! If he is put into the new power group, he can work off of his previous power of clairvoyance. His clairvoyance will return, but something will be...off about it. He may not even realize something is off, other than the fact all of his visions may not come true, etc. We do believe this would fall under 'new powers' though, rather than Group A.
