Keiichi is EXTREMELY leery of the Circle getting involved with any of the Crown vs the Syndicate stuff, so his interpretation of doing good/helping out for this world has DEFINITELY been "get to know the common folk and their families and anything they might need a helping hand with that might make them a little happier," so he would absolutely and happily get roped into running errands for folks while chatting people up!
