Most of the people Ren talks to will confess that they haven't seen anyone suspicious . . . but then again, there are a ton of new people in town, so maybe it's one of you lot. The people of Mirabar aren't suspicious of you all, necessarily, but they certainly weren't having any arson problems before you all turned up.
That being said, the fires do seem to happen randomly, and with no set rhyme or reason. So the people of Mirabar are fairly flummoxed. A tent gets burned down, and then a kayak. A food stall. They're all owned by different people with no set political allegiance.
