We want to pitch the idea of spacing out the Game HMDs to a quarterly system -- every 3 months rather than after every single world. This would (1) give the modteam a bit more breathing room around this time of year when apps, reserves, EMP/TDM are posted and (2) give players a bit more breathing room to think over feedback.
Alternatively, we also want to pitch the idea of having a constant game HMD post where people can go to at their leisure (sort of like we have our always open AC), and refresh that permanent post once every six months. You can post to it whenever you like, but we will generate a new post every six months so players know it exists and also it doesn't get too cluttered.
