Mostly he'd try to see if he can get any information from them about who leads the Syndicate, or who can speak for the Syndicate. If asked why, he'd be up front: he wants the leader of the Syndicate to speak with the King so they can work together to find Eliana's killer, bring them to justice, and quell the violence in the city. Would his contacts with the kids give him any leads on this, or no?
