The bots can range from the size of buildings to nanobots - and every size in between! The larger bots tend to be kept to the construction zones and areas where their movement would not impede on other aspects of Struxta - but they need to have something to fix those extremely tall buildings, should it be necessary!

Daylight would be able to translate, yes! However, so would most everyone who has a watch. While Daylight would need the watch to be able to understand, all other Circle members will also be able to understand them as well!
