The simple/first answer he would get is that they have schematics on how to build all manner of robot and android, which they are constantly updating and working from. If pushed on the origin of those schematics, the Welcome Committee would respond that - of course - they had masters and makers in the very beginning. A beginning that was so long ago, there is very little data left on the larger populous server, but he'd be welcome to go and explore those questions in the Library.
3. ) What he'll find in the security areas is that it looks a lot more like a Cyber Security Home Base. It takes up floors and floors of one of the buildings, and the rooms themselves are gigantic, filled with more robots than he can even count, who all seemed to be connected into what is known as ‘The Mass Subconscious’ / the larger populous server. There will be one 'guard' who would actually - upon noting that Firo has a watch and is of the natural-type - give him a short tour and answer questions on a cryptic but not avoidant basis. What they do here is monitor what is being said/understood/downloaded/explored on this mass populous to make sure there is nothing that could be harmful to other robots. Bugs and viruses are found, and then they are destroyed.
There are security checkpoints and gates, as well as guards, but Firo would be let through all of them with the use of his watch.
