I thought it might be nice if all of those characters who have, like, ZERO background in this level of technology could get some pointers from those characters that do (besides the helpful NPCs). Like, Nihuang has plans with Shiro to learn baby's first EE, Mech E, C.S., etc and these things just kind of happen for everyone. But maybe a world like this would be good push to make something more official? Also if there's something in place, it could create the opportunity to shorten or handwave a lot of initial boggling.
This still coalescing, but if your character would a) voluntarily answer questions like 'but why is it called a firewall' or b) ask such a thing in the first place, maybe hit me up or comment here? Or make your own plans, it's all good really.
