2. The welcoming committee and/or the library would be a great place for Katara to get a primer on technology! Most of the androids in Struxta will also be curious toward her, given she's . . . well, not an android. She's just as much of a curiosity to them! But Katara can fairly easily find a "Technology For Dummies" archive somewhere in the Library, if she takes the time to ask the right Android about it. It's pretty antiquated stuff and some of it might have some weird words/phrases Katara won't recognize, but most of the helper androids in the place will be delighted to assist her.
3. The androids in the residential areas all seem to be just as happy as the rest! No one seems to report any problems or issues in the world; for the most part, everything is peachy keen. It's almost unsettling, in a way -- usually, someone is at least moderately upset with what's going on, but most of the residential areas seem to be doing fine.
