Konoha will try to find work, probably simply manual labor the likes that she's familiar with (hauling, transport, etc.)!
She'll also put a lot of effort into trying to find ANYTHING organic in her spare time, (which I suppose will fail haha).
Also... she may try to find pads for her hooves because she's super used to walking on dirt what is all this metal????
