3. Struxta as a whole looks fairly immaculate and perfect. The closest thing to "dirty" that the city has are the Racing area, where crashes can (and do) occur, or the nearby junkyard . . . and even then, the messes are cleaned up rather quickly! As for silly, the entertainment district has some unique gaming styles and music areas, full of entertaining VR simulations and weird Dance-Dance-Revolution type machines that are built for robots that can move three times as quickly as a human.

5. They likely wouldn't buy weird stuff, but they would definitely be interested! Dave may find one robot willing to buy what Dave has in order to strip it for parts, but he would get a lot of questions about what the purpose of these things are, rather than what they are. The idea of creating something stupid is a little beyond them!
