Okay, got it! To explain my logic really quickly, I thought that construction might be a two-birds-one-stone solution to try to search for both organics and run into other plot elements at a scale Geir could actually access, since typically to build up you need to dig considerably down to create building foundations. Most skyscrapers have to go all the way down to the bedrock in order to manage the physical stresses a building endures at that height. If the androids have come up with a way around this I'll think of something else!
