So Kou is jumping into this group because he can teleport, and is going to be mostly focused on getting people out when it's time to get the hell out of dodge! So if anyone needs a quick escape, he's your guy... unfortunately, he can't really control where they end up beyond Out of Danger, so good luck, everyone.
