PERSONALITY: Ilde is a very troubled woman. Most of the time you'll encounter her, she's feminine and soft-spoken, if obviously a miserable person. She wears black all the time 'in mourning', and she is the (sainted) keeper of a dead king's ashes. How she became queen after the king died is... sure a question. While she looks mostly ladylike, she's batshit fucking insane and can be vicious. She's lying and manipulative and there are only a couple of people around that she'll show that face to. Will definitely be providing all kinds of suggestions and ideas to make things that are her idea sound like your idea.

CHARACTER CANON: Dragon Age
PERSONALITY: beautiful cinnamon roll, too good too pure. Cole's a spirit of compassion, which means that his driving motivation is that he really wants to help people. Generally good dude, very good at stabbing things, normally has really creepy infomoddy powers but they're nerfed here and he doesn't know what to think about that.
POWER/ABILITY: Cole can find things! If something needs to be found and it's within five miles of him, he'll innately know where that thing is.
INTERESTED CR: anything and everything, tbh. He's new. Cole is the type of person to try and solve others problems, so if you've got a character with a problem, I'd be interesting in threading those things. Likewise, Cole will need some help in how to human. Going from a weird pseudospirit thing to an actual spirit to a spirit hit by a power nerf means that Cole doesn't know things like 'not getting in people's space' and 'wearing actual clothes that fit you and aren't patchwork monstrosities'. Any help with that would be appreciated.

INTRODUCTION: Hello new friends! I'm an artist living with my girlfriend and dog (maybe ugly cat?) in Seattle, I'm a big ol' nerd, and I love meeting people despite the fact that I'm a diehard introvert. Other things I love include: video games, horror (I co-host a spooky-stuff podcast that is currently on hiatus), monsters, animals, dinosaurs, tabletop rp, weird dolls, and science. My plurk is mostly full of me randomly yelling about one of these things.

CHARACTER NAME: Phalanx
CHARACTER CANON: Original! But the closest approximation to the world that Phalanx comes from is probably FMA's magic-and-technology setting.
PERSONALITY: More spirits! Phalanx is technically an undead, necromantic construct, a complete abomination of nature, but they're really not that bothered by it! They're basically a pile of ghosts trying to live in one human shell like kids stacked up in a trenchcoat trying to pretend to be an adult. They're scattered and confused and have a very hard time succeeding at meat-body things sometimes, but they get better at it when they spend more time interacting with other people, and they very much enjoy the journey along the way. They're really just happy to be here, even if they're bad at everything and don't remember why they exist.
POWER/ABILITY: Phalanx's new ability is: scrying! They can zone out while staring into a surface that is deep or reflective or is a field of repeating patterns, and come back with an answer about something. So, if anyone ever wants a question answered or wants something discovered about one of their characters, hit me up on Phalanx's permission post and we can have a fun ghosty time.
INTERESTED CR: Everything! Phalanx is good for all sorts of interaction because they find everything at least a little bit fascinating, will try to socialize even though they are not good at it, are easy to bully but are both physically and emotionally durable (since they drift back to their neutral state even after getting very upset), and they can relate to most people because they are made up of so many different pieces. I'm really just excited to get them into as many situations and throw them at as many people as possible.

I've never played DA, but knew about Cole through friends and rp, and had always thought it might be fun to play Phalanx against him. I was very right! I'm loving it.
They'll figure out this whole being-a-person thing someday!
