CR MEME CHARACTER NAME: Mako! CHARACTER CANON: Legend of Korra PERSONALITY: Mako is a fussy firebending cop. He has no idea how to handle or deal with emotions. Sometimes people kiss him and it leads to bad life decisions. He's a mostly decent guy when he's not screwing things up, though. Also, his two ex-girlfriends are dating. That's rough, buddy. POWER/ABILITY: Mako is a firebender of some considerable skill in canon, but Iiiiiii made him an Earthbender (+metalbending) because alignment swap seems to be a longstanding cast tradition, yes c: INTERESTED CR: I am up for anything! I love the idea of Mako trying to like, awkwardly mentor younger characters because he's like, that Tough Street-smart Older Brother type but also, older characters who can tell him to sit the heckie down and deal with his own shit are probably also good.
I like really meaty CR that I can sink my teeth into. Found family and strong friendship is a+++. I'm not averse to romance but it's the sort of thing I prefer to happen organically rather than plan out, and Mako is 22 so strong preference for other ppl in/around that age group! m/f or m/m both cool by me. ANYTHING ELSE:
Hunk is 18 and Maes Hughes is 29...so Mako kinda falls perfectly between my two.
Hunk would be fun CR because he's just that friendly, laid back guy who is very much a realist and kinda gets frustrated with his peers running off into trouble.
As for Hughes, well, he worked in the Investigations Division back home...so if you want to have a sort-of cop mentor friend person, he's your guy. He is very friendly and approachable, likes to be helpful. Also kinda nosy so he's likely to poke his nose into other's business.
He can also teleport which has driven some people nuts...it has gotten worse since getting sick because sneezing sometimes sends him POOFing.

INTRODUCTION: HELLO ACATA I'M NOT ON HIATUS ANYMORE I'm Snow! I work for that online pet retailer whose name is an adjective for nomnom, but now it has a pharmacy which is where I am. I love me some idol boys, personas, bnhas, fmas, dumb podcasts, and sports anime that I haven't kept up with. Cosplay is cool, I do doodles sometimes, but make no promises.
CR MEME CHARACTER NAME: Leo Tsukinaga CHARACTER CANON: Ensemble Stars! PERSONALITY:
☆ eccentric, so eccentric ☆ a genius prodigy in composition, and an extremely talented idol ☆ claims to have been abducted by aliens (he isolated himself after being broken horribly mentally) ☆ tells people within 5 minutes of meeting them that he likes them, possibly loves them, if he finds them interesting ☆ doesn't really have the power to hate most people tbh, even when they fuck him up ☆ not as hyperactive/cluelessly happy as he comes off as, but it's not 100% inaccurate either ☆ keenly observant but whether he uses this skillset wisely is up in the air ☆ short term memory problems (occasionally almost forgets his own name when he gets so caught up in himself) ☆ Serial Nicknamer ☆ will write on every surface ever if he finds inspiration for a song ☆ his brain doesn't shut up I'm so sorry if you are subjected to it somehow ☆ spellbind crau, though he wasn't there for long, he at least is like "oh hey, other worlds, magic. cool beans."
POWER/ABILITY: Music Magic! He can make kinetic energy/magic shit out of the music he creates (composes/sings/plays/etc), can project it basically, and affect others mentally. Whether it's consistent/effective or not is the real question here, his eccentricities get in the way sometimes. INTERESTED CR: Anything and everything. Leo is extreme genki a lot of the time, and loves people. God, he loves them so much. So he wants to be around them all the time, and is not even remotely shy about it. It can net some really great, positive stuff, but it can... yk... also be really overwhelming. So I'm not shy to getting negative CR with him. Other idols/singers/dancers/performers are also welcome/good!! Creative-types of the non-musical variety also welcome.
One of the reasons why he was psychologically destroyed for a bit there in canon is arriving, so he's probably going to be a little more manic than usual. Also, he's not gonna get sick at all but he'll be tending to Sena so there is that. ANYTHING ELSE:

CR MEME CHARACTER NAME: alisaie leveilleur CHARACTER CANON: final fantasy xiv PERSONALITY: alisaie is a super tsundere who can beat you up with sword magic and also with a book, except she can't use the magic or book here. she's a smol and very feisty elf with a tongue like a whip on fire, she's bluntly honest but also a giant softie who will cry about cute animals (only by herself, where no one can see) and she cares about people a whole lot. also, she a nerd who loves to read. POWER/ABILITY: she can turn into any animal from her own world.. like cute chocobos and nutkins but also gross spiders and morbols, it's great. CR MEME CHARACTER NAME: Atsuko "Akko" Kagari CHARACTER CANON: Little Witch Academia. It's kind of like Harry Potter, except fluffier, and Akko is a different sort of mess than Harry. There are broom races, ghosts, and magic. And magic roombas, later on. PERSONALITY: Akko is an energetic, cheerful, and sometimes overbearing sixteen year-old. "Boundless energy" and "kind of an idiot" would be an accurate summation of her personality! She is at the end of the TV series, which means she has calmed down some and is a better, more rounded person. Which is to say she still gets herself into trouble a lot, butts her nose into others' business, and generally is excitable. She loves magic, and is SO. EXCITED. TO. BE. HERE. POWER/ABILITY: Akko used to be a clumsy witch. She lost that. Now, instead, she can turn into animals. The animals tend to have pastel colors. But they cross over so much that trying to say they're Entirely Separate makes no sense s o. PERSONALITY: Cheerful, friendly, occasionally Loud, will break into school at midnight to FIGHT MONSTERS to avenge her friends. She enjoys justice, video games, and enthusiastic sass. POWER/ABILITY: Reflection manipulation!! ... Kind of! She'll be able to use her reflection to send messages and such, and then eventually, with practice, she'll be able to pull her reflection out of mirrors for a couple of hours at a time. INTERESTED CR: Literally anything! Give me everything ok. Aoko's a sweet and thoroughly normal kid who's going to really want to make friends.

INTRODUCTION: hey all, i'm mauyn and i'm late to this ooc intro, oops! uh, feel free to add me if you want; i'm pretty chill about my friending policy so long as you give me a heads up first! my plurk tends toward RP and the unending saga of mobage hell, with a dash here and there of how i'm permanently in tales of hell, and otherwise i tend to lurk just to pop up in your plurks when you least expect it. i might as well be nocturnal and also am in the PST timezone so watch as i am consistently late to everything, whoops
CR MEME CHARACTER NAME: Homura Akemi CHARACTER CANON: Puella Magi Madoka Magica PERSONALITY: tfw you time loop so hard you accidentally ascend your best friend to godtier and have no idea what to do with yourself after
anyway slightly more seriously, Homura is a tiny, too-serious memory witch lich magical girl. She's reserved and awkward distant and more than a little prone towards skepticism of generally everything up to and mysterious figures granting magic out to people willy-nilly, but despite being blunt, pragmatic, cynical, and all those fun bad at making friends things is also squishy at heart despite being made out of willpower, self-denial, and determination. She promised to protect people, after all! And being nice is what Madoka would want anyway, so even if she wanted to be cold and standoffish she can't, really... Don't make contracts with shady entities, kids.
POWER/ABILITY: I'm mean so I basically gave her a rewind ability. She can temporarily reverse and rewind any changes that happened to an object/(part of a) person/small area that happened within a twelve hour timeframe! A broken object can be reassembled, a broken bone mended, a wilted flower freshened, but the catch is that whatever changes the affected thing in question had gone through will... still end up affecting that object later regardless, just in however much amount of time Homura had rewound by minus how long ago said affliction happened. It's not a fix, it's not a miracle cure or a healing ability, it's just delaying the inevitable ha ha ha. She heals a broken bone by rewinding it an hour? Sure, that probably gives you time as a stopgap to get that person to medical attention before it breaks again inexplicably in an hour. INTERESTED CR: listen i know it's a cop out to say anything and anyone but like, Homura is completely new to the game so like. but if we really need specifics, then sure, here's some options; someone please teach this child how to properly social, she's had like twelve years to practice and it's only gotten worse over time and barely has been improved by her previous time in spellbind; quiet deadpan snark buddies???; drag her into regular teenage girl shenanigans. do it.
but honestly like, i'll accept any kind of cr! positive, negative, slow burn, you name it! homura's not the most talkative but she's relatively tolerant and predisposed to being a better listener than an active participant in conversations, but she'll definitely attempt to. talk back. success varies. see below. CR MEME CHARACTER NAME: Sheryl Nome CHARACTER CANON: Macross Frontier PERSONALITY: Sheryl is the galaxy's greatest pop star (or at least, she was) and as such is a proud, willful young woman who exudes stubborn, headstrong confidence. She's mellowed out considerably at her canon point (surviving a near-death experience and other things will do that to you) but she can still be somewhat demanding. Really, though, she's actually very sweet and kind, once you get past her outer diva.
Basically, Sheryl's the sort of person that, when you ask "Hey, remember when she made out with a holographic clone of herself on stage?" you have to answer "which time?" POWER/ABILITY: Sheryl's got the power of magical performance! Changing her clothes and appearance on the fly? Producing full backing music from nowhere? Damn straight, she can do both! Will they be useful? Damned if we know! INTERESTED CR: God, anything. People who call Sheryl out on her shit are wonderful, genuine friends who like who for who she is are fantastic (as are people who can do both). Negative CR would be amazing-- she can be very easy to get it with, if she's in one of her tempestuous moods-- but I also want her to have friends!
I really do like CR that's rich and deep and grows over multiple threads, but Sheryl and your character just sniping at each other and being a little petty sounds fun, too.

CR MEME CHARACTER NAME: Yugi Mutou CHARACTER CANON: Yu-Gi-Oh! PERSONALITY: Yugi is a pretty polite, thoughtful kid. He's seen a lot of weird things in his time (and done a lot of weird things), but he's genuine and honest. That's not to say he won't call you out. He's just polite enough not to do it in front of others (unless you're Dark Bakura). He is, however, slightly shy and awkward, but is able to warm up to others much easier then he used to. Also, if you want to get him talking, just start talking about any kind of game.
Also his BFFL is Jonouchi so WATCH OUT, extreme guy love territory over here.
POWER/ABILITY: Magical Mimicry; Yugi is able to mimic any persons power for an hour. However, it is only available to him at 50% and it has to be through touch (meaning he can hug someone and immediately mimic). He doesn't really have conscious control of it yet, so he just mimics it without thought. INTERESTED CR: Really anything! I really love any kind of friendships and relationships with Yugi! It's hard to get negative CR (unless you're Dark Bakura.) with him because he's generally polite and nice. ANYTHING ELSE: I'M SO SORRY FOR BEING LATE ;_;
