NAME: samii CONTACT: trashcats TIMEZONE: EST, but i work at a movie theater so i have odd tagging hours!
INTRODUCTION: hi! i'm samantha, known far and wide on dwrp as samii because it's...just easier. i like cats, long walks in the city, and yelling about film and media theory in my free time.
CR MEME CHARACTER NAME: princess allura CHARACTER CANON: voltron: legendary defender PERSONALITY: she's a princess, a diplomat, a tactician, and a warrior, all rolled up in a kindhearted, hopeful girl. just don't be an evil emperor who preys on innocent people. POWER/ABILITY: summoning a white lion in three different forms. you can read more about the ability here but in short she can summon it as a mount, as a defender, or to assist in healing. INTERESTED CR: anything and everything!! i fell behind a bit last month because of personal reasons, so i'm ready to sink my teeth into getting allura fast friends, allies, and even those she doesn't get along with. she won't be taking as ill as others during this current event, so she can also help with those way sicker than her. ANYTHING ELSE: look at her yeet this loser
So, trying to live up to the legacy left from a dead dad, huh? That’s pretty rough...
In YGO, the story everyone knows about the Millennium Items is that were created by Atem’s dad using alchemy and it saved Egypt from invading barbarians! Except the truth is Atem’s uncle made them and the alchemy uh. Required human sacrifice, and a whole bunch of people DIED in war and subsequent conquest afterward. And his dad died from the guilt of having so much bloodshed in his hands. Atem knows the true story now, but he’s... still going to have a lot of hang ups about his father and living in his footsteps. That’s something I think he’d have in common with Allura.
my knowledge of YGO is woefully nonexistent but it does sound like atem and allura have some similarities!! her dad was kind of a cool alchemist and she still......kind of maybe cries when she thinks about how she might not be as amazing as him lmao.
they should definitely meet and bond over being legacy kids!!
SAME allura isn't going to get as ill as the others but maybe she can turn to connor for help when she's feeling particularly gross because she finds him to be a pretty chill, upstanding guy.
